We specialize in challenging outdoor locations, deep within nature or surrounded by ancient ruins. Whether al fresco, on the deck of a yacht, or in your private residence, we can accommodate for any location.

Headed by American expat Rikki Roath, we are a team of young and inventive chefs on a mission to transform high-quality, traditional ingredients into creative and modern Mediterranean dishes.
