Roots Kitchen offers catering and events to groups large and small, indoor or outdoor, with menus ranging from multi-course seated dinners to open buffets and cocktail parties.

We cater to locations of all kinds, specializing in ancient cities, beautiful outdoor spaces, remote spots in nature, or private boats or residences.

From traditional Turkish menus to Mediterranean-inspired fine dining and even meals comprised entirely of ancient recipes, we offer a wide variety of menus and themes, always made with the best ingredients.

Locations

We specialize in challenging outdoor locations, deep within nature or surrounded by ancient ruins. Whether al fresco, on the deck of a yacht, or in your private residence, we can accommodate for any location.

Headed by American expat Rikki Roath, we are a team of young and inventive chefs on a mission to transform high-quality, traditional ingredients into creative and modern Mediterranean dishes. We get inspiration from Turkey’s historic past, our beautiful natural surroundings, and all corners of the world to craft the perfect menu for you and your event.
